Acoustic Seal to achieve to acoustic propertiesÂ
To achieve Acoustic properties the air gap of the doors has to be reduced so as to create a barrier for the sound waves to travel across the face of the door. To reduce this gap Acoustic seal has to be provided . This db drop down properties is normally measured by means of db meter . Normally there is a gap on all the side of the door for movement requirement , therefore Drop down seal has to be provided in the bottom of the shutter , for the hinge gap a perimeter seal is normally provided in Perimeter of the frame. For Double leaf doors a Astragal seal needs to be provided . By using normal grade of seals 30 to 35 db drop down properties can be achieved approx.. we suggest Acoustic seal of  REVEN make , LORIENT seal & Enviro seal etc. However to enhance the higher db properties some extra seal can be provided. These doors are normally required for various requirement such as multiplex, Auditorium etc.
